Sliding Fee Scale
CFS offers a sliding fee scale to clients who do not have health insurance, cannot afford to pay full fee for services, or have insurance that does not cover certain services. The sliding fee scale is not accessible to other agencies. Clients covered by insurance / benefits must utilize full benefits prior to the sliding fee scale assessments. Insurance fees are $100 / per session
